Middle-aged homesteader meets her new reality.
Looks like you have this video set on "private" so we can't see it. :-/I'll post the tomato soup recipe in the comments of my blog ASAP.
Michelle - I'm not surprised, as this is my first foray into posting a video - I think I've corrected it. I hope. Thanks in advance for the recipe!
Yep, you fixed it. Cute!
Hurray! He hates it when the hens don't pay any attention to him.
Love his squeaky little crow! LOL!! Your set-up for your chickens is lovely! :)
Candy - He gives it all he's got, too. Goes straight up on his toes! Thanks -- there's a little bit of everything in there... :)
Yes, your chicken set-up is elegant! I'm not letting our chickens see this video because they would go on strike and demand nicer housing!!
Mama Pea - Ah, but MY hens don't have a view of a nice, big pile of horsefeathers... :)
There used to be a "chicken cam" online that I would watch from time to time. This reminded me of that.....so relaxing. I love how the gals just ignore him.
Sue - Yes, it really gets to him when none of them are bowled over by his Chadwick-ness. He keeps up that squeaky crow all.day.long.
Oh, I haven't heard a banty rooster crow in so long!! Your chickens look wonderful and so content.
FFG - Count your blessings! :)
Cute! Gotta love that rooster.
Sounds like my neighbors, but atleast it's not at dawn!
