I used to dress my collie up all the time when I was a kid. He was a good dog; he put up with all my silliness with an air of affectionate-and-faintly-amused tolerance. Our young collie is not so cooperative.
RV - We had a dachshund growing up that would tolerate all kinds of bad kid behavior - like being dressed up as the baby. All three of mine are pretty tolerant. They are silent sufferers.
