Still here. More or less.

One of my favorite photographs
of my mother

My mother is on her way out of this life and onto another adventure.  From her long, one-sided conversations that seem to take up all of her time, she's going to have to work hard to straighten everyone out.  I'll be off-line for a while - until we've seen her safely off.

  4. Saying a prayer for your lovely mother. I know you and your sisters will make her last days in this life the best you possibly can. Enjoy them as much as possible. You couldn't have been a better daughter to her giving so much of your time (to both your parents) and sharing your wonderful sense of humor with her. Hugs to you, Sweezie.

  19. Oh how I remember that time in my own life - in December 2016. How hard it is to say goodbye. And how everything else in the whole world seems to drop away when you are going through those goodbyes.

Hugs for you and peace for all of you.
