Mix with two beaten eggs, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup grated cheese. Mix well, spread to a thin disk on a parchment paper-lined pan. 10 min. in a preheated 450 degree (F) oven, take out, top, back in for 10 minutes.
