Inside, the Boyz are feeling their spring oats. In the morning, papers are on the floor, rugs are bunched, furniture is moved. The dogs look haunted... The Boyz look so angelic, don't they? Ha! I tripped over the kitchen rug (which had been moved across the room into my blind spot) this morning and started the morning with a bang - as I landed on my knees in the dark. Luckily, there was no damage done, except to my dignity. Of which there is very little left...

Slimbo on the left and Kramer on the right. |
those two look like trouble to me!
ReplyDeleteJaz - They are nothing but.... :)
DeleteSusan,
ReplyDeleteAngelic................NOT!!! I've always wanted to setup a camera just to see what our dog does at night or when were not home.
They always get into something, and try to look so innocent. :-)
Have a great day!
Sandy - I can always tell when anyone has been 'bad' - my dog, Scrappy won't look me in the eye. And he's never the one to misbehave!
DeleteHaven't seen a porcupine in the wild in years! We have armadillos around here that will wreak havok on a yard. Yeah, I know they are going after bugs & such but they make huge holes where they dig. Those kitties are just too sweet (to look at anyway).
ReplyDeleteDFW - I've never seen an armadillo (alive). Are they as bad as chickens, when it comes to digging in the garden? The Boyz are pretty sweet - at least half of the time...
DeleteMore like "Double Trouble!"
ReplyDeleteYou may have to start putting your headlamp on first thing in the morning so you don't end up injuring yourself! At least until the Boyz get over their spring fever!
Mama Pea - What a good idea! At least I've learned (the hard way) to wear shoes in the dark.
DeleteHa--loved the bottom photo. What characters!
ReplyDeleteSue - They really are. They have such different personalities - Kramer is outgoing and Slimbo is shy.
DeleteI love Porcupines despite their damage to livestock. They like bananas a lot. I was blessed to know a man who had one for a pet. Yes they called him Porky....He would eat bananas when you held him. Their tummies are soft like a horses nose and the quills actually feel like very coarse hair as long as you stroke with them not against. As to your Royal felines...priceless!
ReplyDeleteFiona - Bananas?? Who would have thought?! What a fun thing - to pet a porcupine! Yes, do you see the double stack of kitty beds? Just in case a pea is slipped in there...
DeleteNo porcupines here so I enjoyed seeing "yours"! Those boyz look like LOTS of trouble! :)
ReplyDeleteCandy - Do you have the equivalent of a porcupine out there? Yes, it's amazing how angelic they can look - after destroying everything in sight...
DeleteAll I can say is when I die, if I come back, I want to be one of your pets. Looks like a comfy life to me.
ReplyDeleteSo, does the little porcupine talk BACK to you? Just wondering.
ReplyDeleteAnd YAY!! for Kitty pictures :)
Oh, and one more thing.....
WHERE are the PICTURES of the CALF?????????
Oooh, our Manx is a black and white girl and she is TROUBLE. :)
ReplyDeleteWe don't have porcupines around here, so I would probably stop the car too and look at it. What handsome fellas you have.
ReplyDeleteThey looking like they're plotting their next move :)
