Pedis all around.

It's been a busy holiday weekend - and it's only half over!  My DS, just in from LA, spent two nights with me (a miracle!), we met up with our parents and aunt at the town's annual parade - a family tradition - then everyone, plus some, headed over to the LLF for a casual meal.  Fun!  That night, taking pity on me, DS Cynthia gave me a much needed (OMG) pedicure.  And she likes to weed, too.  (She's all mine and I am not going to share her, so don't even ask...)

I took her up to VT to spend a couple days with our parents, came home and decided to share the love.  Matching pedis!

I'm the only one with pink toes.
(Notice the difference between broken ankle -left - and
regular one...)

Scrappy wanted French Nails, but I was all out of white
polish.

Lovey was having none of the pink girlie stuff.

Lovey is a dream when it comes to cutting her nails.  She sits quietly and waits until I finish.  No flinching, no jerking.  Scrappy, on the other hand, goes into full tremble.  But all is forgiven after a crunchy treat.

Nice toes :} How about the next time go radical......10 toes = 10 colors? I was lucky with my farm dogs...miles of trotting behind the tractor or chasing cows meant I never had to trim toe nails. I think Old "Boo Dog" would have taken it as an affront against his masculinity!

Perhaps I can talk my daughter into giving me a pedi-I sense people are recoiling from my sandalled feet.

I could NEVER show my feet---they're hideous. People would run screaming into the night.....
Maybe I need a pedi!
:D

It must be the time of year. (Why would we worry about the looks of our feet in February anyway?) I just finally put polish on my toesies so I could wear sandals . . . if the weather ever gets warm enough. Toes in sandals without polish look nekkid.

P.S. Sue, I demand a picture of your feet so we all vote on whether they truly look hideous or not. ;o)

I've rarely had a pedi :( I just try to keep them somewhat presentable, or hope folks don't look down!

I wear socks LOL!

Fiona - I would prefer that approach, but they get mostly grass running, which doesn't do much to keep the nail growth down. I had to borrow the polish from a neighbor - pink is so NOT my color!

Susan - LOL! That's the impression I was getting about my sandal-wear, too!

Sue - Ha! I doubt very much people run screaming from your feet...I'm with Mama Pea - feet pics!

Mama Pea - This has gotten me to finally spring into action - I'm picking up a "me" color of polish tomorrow.

Nancy - the only pedi I ever get is when I give myself one (extremely rare) or my DS comes to town and takes pity on me...

Nancy - Me, too!
