BEFORE
Obviously, this was an afterthought. The 'old'
driveway turned into mostly grass, then all grass at
the top.
AFTER
A virtual river of dirt. A delirium
of earth/stones.
Snort.
Modeling my soon-to-be-new-
to-me garage.
And my lunch bag.
The real beauty of this glorious accoutrement is that the driveway was free-ish (this remains to be seen, as I do not believe that free comes without a price) and the garage is free. Ditto.

What a posh driveway, For a moment I thought I was in the Hamptons.
Susan - Me, too! I almost drove right past the house.... :)
Remember the "...you might be a Redneck?" comedy? If so/if not, one of my favorites is "If you have to mow your driveway...you might be a redneck." Guilty! :-D
Susan,
Fantastic!!! The driveway and garage cover looks great, and the best part it was free.
Now to get it all exactly the way you want :-)
Enjoy!!!
Looks great!
I understand your trepidation; paybacks are a pain. Hope there aren't any!
OOOOOOO...nice driveway. The soon to be garage will be super too. I just discovered some neat ideas for housing small livestock by using the small garages similar to yours...you can find them second hand at estate sales etc. cross sectioned with stock panels and recycled siding...nice sheds.
Oh, I so hope that is truly a FREE driveway. Looks terrific.
VERY swanky! Mov'n on up, you are.....next thing you know, you'll be one of 'dem yuppie folk and you won't speak to the rest of us hill-rods any more.
Well, now you're definitely a cut above us! We have actual daisies growing down the center of our driveway. Actually it's kinda purdy . . . 'cept when you consider all the pot holes our torrential rains have made this summer. Your new "garage" will make it a lot easier to clean off your car this winter of a morning when heading out. All looks spiffy!
Looks great! Just be sure and really stake down your ties on your garage so it doesn't blow away.
