Four down, two to go.

A foot of snow so far, with round two coming up this afternoon. The deck shoveled ✔️, path to the barn ✔️, path to the chickens ✔️, front door cleared ✔️.  Still to go: path to the driveway, roof raking carport and fuel tank cover. There is not enough coffee in the world today.

I do so hope this means you get to telecommute! 😳

But, chiggers....

Oh, yes. But I’m way too busy shoveling to get any work done. Since the city has closed for the day, the office has, too.

I was just going to e-mail you to ask how the commute to work went this morning and were you considering putting a snow plow on the front of your car. But you're home? Can't get out? Your work place is closed because of the snow? Seriously, do take coffee breaks (or flat out rest breaks) between all that shoveling. The Big City (the one with the red highway) got 21-22". We got nuttin'.

As long as your safe, that's all that matter. When you get done shoveling, maybe you'll pull out your knitting. Take care!

Fortunately that mess either skirted us to the north or passed by as rain. I am thankful because I am not ready for snow.

What? And to think I used to miss living in the north.

That's too much snow.

I see a trend in Mama Pea’s attitude. Snowless and cranky in MN ?

Well well well. When I saw that photo it was time lapse. Almost as Spring , summer and Fall had been erased by one sweep of an icy hand.

Take breaks coffee and whine, ER, wine breaks.
