Can she actually focus enough to finish this spring cardigan in time to wear this (gasp) spring?
Only (hahahaha) three more inches (including lace panels) and the sleeves. Then washing and blocking. I have sworn off all other projects until this is done. Except for the potholder rug. And tiling the living room floor. And finishing the guest bath. Then I have to wash my hair....

When I saw that posted on FB, I was actually wondering to myself if you were going to continue on the sleeves and wear it this week. But I see you have resolved yourself to bringing spring there with the wearing of a short sleeved, hand knit cardigan, shirt, blouse, whatever you call it.
Go Girl Go Girl Sis Boom Bah! You'll get the sweater done RAH RAH RAH!
Oh my-that's a PRETTY color! So "spring-like". Hope you finish it!!
Put on those blinders, forget about the potholder rug, tiling the living room floor, finishing the guest bath and washing your hair. (Well, I guess you can take a shower -- and wash your hair at the same time -- but no more than when you really need it.) We want to see that lovely, almost-done sweater on your frame by the time spring really, truly arrives. Okay?
It's beautiful, I seriously need you to come over here and teach me to knit properly.
So pretty & love the color!
Carolyn - The way things are going, it looks as though I might knit those sleeves down to my knees and then tie them in back. You know, like a straight jacket... :)
Fiona - I need to have you here - that really got me going!!
Sue - I love the color. I have more than a few things that will go well with it, so I'm hoping to stretch my meager wardrobe.
Mama Pea - Okay!
Susan - That would be seriously fun. Who knows....
DFW - Thank you! I love the pattern, as it's not complicated and there are no buttonholes.
I wish I had that talent.
Ditto what Mama Pea said!!! Your cardi is lovely and you've just got to finish it so you can wear it this season.... you're so close... you can see the finish line... go for it!!!
You can do it!! I'm close to done on a heavy winter cardigan, but will try to finish this weekend. Might get to wear it a couple of times before fall :-) You're sitting pretty for this one. Love the detail on it, too.
You can do it!!!
I dunno, I'd wear it like that...;-)
